During Box Office hours, tickets, classes, and gift certificates can be purchased in person or charged over the phone by calling 262-670-0560, ext. 3. The Schauer Arts Center accepts cash, check, major credit cards, and Schauer Center gift certificates. Payment must accompany ALL ticket orders. No tickets will be placed on hold. Events, dates, prices, and times subject to change. We make every effort to alert patrons to such changes.
Box Office Hours
Summer Hours: May 26–September 4: Monday—Friday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm or one hour prior to performances.
Fall/Winter Hours: Monday—Friday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm or one hour prior to performances
The Box Office will be closed Monday, September 7 in observence of the Labor Day holiday.
Accessibility
The Schauer Arts Center is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all guests. Patrons who require accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact the Box Office at the time of ticket purchase or as early as possible prior to the event. Accessible parking, wheelchair-accessible seating, assistive listening devices, and other accommodations are available; however, some services may be subject to availability. Requests for American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation should be made in advance and will be accommodated whenever possible based on interpreter availability.
Can't Make A Performance? Ticket Exchanges and Donations
Tickets for 'Schauer Center Presents' events may be exchanged for another Schauer Center Presents performance in the same season. There is a $3 per ticket exchange fee (waived for Season Subscribers). Tickets must be present at the box office prior to any exchange and must be done a minimum of 48 hours prior to the performance. Once a performance is past, we are no longer able to offer exchanges.
Tickets for 'Schauer Center Presents' events may be donated back to the Box Office for resale. Tickets that are returned at least 48 hours in advance are considered tax-deductible donations. A receipt of your donation can be provided upon request.
All tickets are non-refundable, unless canceled by The Schauer Center or performer. Online and mailing fees are not refundable.
