To help us provide the best possible accommodations, we encourage patrons to notify the Box Office of any accessibility requests when purchasing tickets or as far in advance of their visit as possible. While some accommodations are subject to availability, we will make every reasonable effort to meet your needs.
Accessible Seating
The Schauer Arts Center offers wheelchair-accessible seating for guests who use wheelchairs and their companions, subject to availability. All guests, including companions, must have a ticket for admission.
Please indicate your seating needs when purchasing tickets so we can help you select the most appropriate available seating. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking spaces are available in the public parking lot located in front of the Schauer Arts Center. Guests may also be dropped off at the main entrance via the circular drive.
Building Access
A wheelchair-accessible entrance with an automatic door is available at the Schauer Arts Center.
Hearing Accessibility
Assistive listening devices are available at no charge and may be requested at the Box Office on the day of the performance. Devices are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. A photo ID is required to check out a device. Please note that assistive listening devices may not be compatible with some in-ear hearing aids.
Sign language interpretation may be available with advance notice and is subject to interpreter availability. We encourage guests requiring interpretation services to contact the Box Office as early as possible.
Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are available on both the first and second floors of the facility.
Elevator
An elevator providing access between floors is located in the main lobby near the Box Office.
