Ballet Technique

Ballet 3-5

This class is intended for our ballet students in levels 3–5 to advance and grow in their technique in ballet class. Each week students will work on developing their techniques in a focus area such as extensions, jumps, turns and specialty movements. In each class, students will complete stretches and exercises that support and strengthen their technique. Then, implement what they have learned into a variety of movements that they utilize in ballet class. This meets once a week for an hour. Placement in Ballet 3-5 is required.
