Auditions
Audition is required for participation. There is no fee to audition. Pre-registration is required for the audition. Students will be contacted after pre-registering to confirm a specific 30-minute audition slot during the audition times. If your student is unable to attend the scheduled time slots listed, please contact the Education Director for other options.
The Cast & Crew list will be emailed to families by Tuesday, October 21st at 5:00pm. Auditionees must be available for all dress rehearsals and performances January 13–25 to audition. Auditioning for this production does not guarantee a role.

Tech Crew
Students interested in being a tech crew member and assisting with “behind the scenes” production work should register for the audition and indicate interest in tech crew. The audition will be an opportunity for potential crew members to meet the director and assist with the audition process by checking students in, running audio for the audition process, etc. Tech crew member positions are available for students 10 years or older. Tech crew members are not required to attend rehearsals in October or November. Tech crew members can plan to attend rehearsals beginning in December.

Before the first day of your child's class, please complete and return the 2025-2026 Schauer School of the Arts waiver via email to the Education Director at classes@schauercenter.org. If this isn't convenient, you may bring a hard copy to the box office Monday through Friday, 12:00–5:00 pm or give the waiver form to the instructor on the first day of class. Blank waiver forms will be available for parents to fill out on the first day of class if needed.
