MULTIPLE-CLASS DISCOUNT

Families must register through the Box Office or Education Coordinator to receive a Multiple-Class Discount. All classes must be purchased together in a single order to qualify for a discount (whether it applies to one individual or is shared by family members). The class with the highest price will be charged at regular price, and all additional classes in the order will be processed using a 10% discount. One-Day workshops and classes $40 or less are NOT subject to Multiple-Class Discount.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans are available for classes priced $100.00 or more. Questions about payment plans may be directed to the Education Coordinator at dani@schauercenter.org or the Box Office at 262-670-0560 x3.

FINANCIAL AID

Need-Based Scholarships are offered on a first come, first served basis and are subject to an application process, registration deadline, and the availability of scholarship funds. Visit our Financial Aid Page to print an application, or request a copy through the Box Office or Education Coordinator.

CLASS SIZE

Classes carry a minimum enrollment to determine if the class will be offered. Lower enrollment classes will be cancelled at the discretion of the Education Coordinator. Maximum enrollment for classes may differ depending on room size, student ages, and teacher-student ratios. Early registration for SSA classes is encouraged to ensure your spot in class. When classes reach capacity, the registration will close.

REFUND REQUESTS

Refunds must be requested through the Education Coordinator. A 50% refund of tuition will only be granted in the form of a gift certificate through the second class/rehearsal. After the second class, no refunds.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We encourage anyone who has been exposed to Covid or has symptoms including fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, or nausea, to not enter the building. We are mask friendly. If you prefer to wear a mask, masks are provided, but are not required of anyone in the Schauer Arts Center or Creative Arts Studio. Thanks for your cooperation in keeping everyone healthy and the arts alive.

REPORT AN ABSENCE

If you or child is not able to attend a class, please contact the Education Coordinator: Dani Kuepper at Dani@SchauerCenter.org | 262-670-0650 x6.

INSTRUCTOR ABSENCE

If an instructor is going to be absent, the Schauer Arts Center reserves the right to either cancel the class/rehearsal or have a qualified substitute take their place. Families will be notified via email if a class is cancelled due to an instructor absence. Classes are rescheduled at the discretion of the Schauer Arts Center and Education Coordinator following instructor availability and the building schedule of the Schauer Arts Center. In the event that a reschedule is not possible, we may opt to lengthen classes or invite students to attend an alternate class.

WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS

If the weather is questionable, please monitor TMJ4, FOX6, WISN12, CBS58, or check our website and Facebook page. The Education Coordinator will also email a general group email to the email address marked as primary in your account. Make up classes are not guaranteed and will be rescheduled at the discretion of the Schauer Arts Center.
